goodbye summer, hello fall!

My parents and I went apple picking at Larriland Farm in Maryland on a lovely early autumn day. I’m always glad when I make time to slow down and appreciate every little change in the seasons as they pass.

The country views on our drive were lovely. The farm still had fields of wildflowers and sunflowers in full bloom, despite the summer quickly coming to a close. Mid-to-late September was the perfect time to visit but it seems to change every year!
